YTD Cold Chain is headquartered in Binzhou, Shandong, China, with a manufacturing facility covering 15,000+ square meters. The company designs and produces insulated glass door units, walk-in cooler and freezer swing door assemblies, and replacement components for commercial refrigeration systems.
Operations include glass processing (cutting, tempering, IGU assembly), aluminum frame fabrication, PU panel foaming, heater wire integration, and final door assembly. Quality control follows a three-stage inspection structure: IQC, IPQC, and FQC.

- PU rigid foam panel production with controlled-density foaming jigs

Products are exported to Export-oriented countries. Key markets include the United States, Turkey, the Middle East, and South Asia. All shipments are FOB Qingdao, China.
Packaging is designed for ocean freight: individual PE foam wrap, upright plywood crates with corner protectors, and palletized loading. Container loading plans are provided per order.
